Psychedelic Integration
Making meaning of non-ordinary experience.
Psychedelic experiences can open profound insight, emotional release, spiritual awareness, or unexpected vulnerability. Sometimes they bring clarity and expansion. Other times they surface confusion, grief, or material that feels difficult to hold alone.
Psychedelic integration therapy offers a grounded, steady space to process what emerged — so that insight becomes embodied change rather than something fleeting or overwhelming.
This work is not about the substance itself. It is about you — your nervous system, your relationships, your history, and how your experience fits into the larger arc of your life.
What Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?
Psychedelic integration therapy provides preparation and post-experience support for individuals who have engaged — or are considering engaging — in legal psychedelic experiences.
Integration may include:

-
Processing emotional or spiritual insights
-
Working through challenging or destabilizing material
-
Understanding shifts in identity or worldview
-
Navigating relational changes
-
Grounding expansive experiences into daily life
-
Supporting nervous system regulation after intense states
Not all powerful experiences feel clear right away. Some require time, reflection, and careful meaning-making. Integration helps bridge the space between insight and sustainable transformation.

My Approach to Integration Work
My work is relational, depth-oriented, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-based therapy, parts work, somatic awareness, emotionally focused frameworks, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Rather than interpreting your experience for you, I support you in listening to it.
We move at a pace that honours your nervous system. We attend to protective parts that may feel uncertain or destabilized. We explore symbolism, relational patterns, and emotional material with curiosity and care.
Integration is not about amplifying peak experiences. It is about weaving them into your life in a way that increases steadiness, connection, and psychological flexibility.

Important Clarification
I do not provide or administer psychedelic substances. Integration therapy focuses solely on processing, and psychological support.

-
Feel unsettled, emotionally raw, or destabilized afterwards
-
Experienced relational or identity shifts following an experience
