-
A relationship pattern you keep repeating
-
Grief that feels like it has nowhere to go
-
The sense that you're doing fine on the outside but not fine underneath it all
-
You're ready to understand yourself better - not just cope better
-
The feeling of having lost yourself somewhere along the way
What brings people to individual therapy?
-
A life transition that's bigger than it looks from the outside
-
Questions about identity, desire, or who you want to be
-
Something happened, and you haven't been able to move past it
-
Anxiety that won't quiet down, no matter what you try
How individual work feels different
Individual therapy gives something that's harder to find elsewhere - a space that's entirely yours. No managing anyone else's feelings. No performing okayness. Just honest attention to what's actually happening for you.
I work in a depth-oriented, relational way. That means I'm interested in the patterns underneath the presenting problem, the story your nervous system learned to tell, and what it might mean to live differently. I draw on somatic approaches, parts work, and attachment theory - but mostly I follow you.
